Rachels quilt is almost finished *with an edit*

and its grown, it was a single and has turned into a (almost) queen! I just kept adding borders...don't ya just love those orange polka dots! I now just have to square it all up and put a binding on, although Rachel is at this moment snuggled underneath in bed, she couldn't wait.

I've started to receive my apq blocks, thank you ladies they are fab. Also thank you for the extra goodies that have come as well, especially since you have to pay for extra postage me being this side of the pond.

Ruth - can you tell me where you got all the fabric in the cowboy block?, its fab and the boys love it. I'm very tempted to make a cushion cover with just this one for the boys room.
My next post is my 100th post so be sure to check in as I've got a giveaway...woohoo!
***** I will ship anywhere, even Mars,
but it would take 6 months to arrive!****

  1. I love the orange polka dot fabric! I'm always drawn to bright fabrics like that, but shy away from actually buying them because usually I'm quilting for others. It's fun to use it for your daughter. I'll be looking for your giveaway and hoping you'll ship internationally (but understand if you won't).

  2. That orange stacked coin is fabulous. Your lucky daughter. My girls go to bed with the little quilts I made them and drag them round the house and garden - I just love it. Congratulations on 100 posts. I'll be back for the giveaway!

  3. The cowboy fabric is some I had on hand, except the red with the horses was new. Which ones do you need? I can send some if I have enough. You can email me from my blog.
