1st Day at School

Miss Aubrey started Primary School today,
she went all neat and smart and came home a wreck!

Rachel is now in Year 3 and the boys full time at Pre-school.
It's very quiet around here in the mornings.
Therefore I can catch up on those swap projects (sorry ladies) and drink a hot cup of coffee!

  1. What a special day! Kind of hard for the Mum, though, to see them go off to school - but kind of good too!

  2. First day at school pictures are always so cute. Hope they have a great year and learn lots of good things. Enjoy your "free" time!

  3. What a quartet of sweethearts! They must be really excited about going back to school. Just wondering: Did you decide to dress the girls really dressy (and alike), or are they required to wear uniforms? Whatever, they are beautiful! The little boys remind me of mine at that age --- mischievious as heck! *wink* ---"Love"

  4. Make sure you make the most of your mornings! I've got 4 mornings to myself too as Islay is at preschool and, even after 3 weeks of it, I'm still feeling a bit lost. juliex

  5. They look excited to be heading off to school, but I wonder if maybe you're just as excited to have the time to yourself? Enjoy!

  7. Doesn't Aubrey look all grown up! I wish my kids had school uniforms - it would just be so much easier!

  8. Oh do enjoy a coffee or two . . . and a little bit of quiet!
I'm amazed how quiet it is and how little 'running around' I am doing now my Philosopher is at school.
