Crochet baby blanket

Cousin's baby is due 30th January.
Today I finished the blanket.
I enjoyed the pattern as, even though it looks difficult, it's quite simple.
Lots of counting in 12's.
It came out at 95 cm square, quite big so lots of growing room.

The pattern is completed with a picot edging but I kept it simple and finished with a row of dc.

(I had also finished the wool I had  ;) )

I have two other blankets that need finishing but I have the urge to start a new one!
Bit like quilting really!
